Elna Avis Jameson Duncan, 87, died Friday, April 30, 2021, at Hendrick Hospice Care in Abilene. She was born November 3, 1933 in Colorado City to Allen and Vera Jameson.

She attended school at Silver and graduated from Robert Lee High School. She attended San Angelo College where she met her husband, Maurice Duncan. They married March 3, 1953.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Maurice and her brother, G.A. Jameson. She is survived by her son, Vernon (Bubba) Duncan and his wife, Audrey Roscoe, daughter, Marcia Devoll and husband, Ronnie of Granbury; four grandchildren, Candice Hirt and husband Drew, children, Ryker, Rhyanne, Raynee of Round Rock; Alison Cox and husband Mark of Dallas; Shane Devoll and wife Kassie, children, Hayden, Brandon and Chase of Valencia, California; Casey Devoll and wife Virginia, children, Ethan and Joshua of Arlington; one niece, Glenda Adams and husband Acorn of Big Lake; two nephews, Tooter Jameson and wife Rosanne of Sterling City and Cecil Jameson of San Angelo.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 3, 2021 from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm at the funeral home with family visiting from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at McKenzieville Cemetery in Silver, Texas.
