Ronnie Shaw, 67, passed peacefully from this world into his Saviour’s arms on June 28, 2020 surrounded by his family.

Ronnie was born in Morton, Texas to Seth and Faye Shaw and grew up in Muleshoe, Texas. In 1971 he began working for Lyntegar Electric. In 1977 he moved his family to San Angelo, Texas and began working for AEP as a lineman. He retired as a Forman with AEP in 2009 and was immensely proud of his thirty plus years of service.
Ronnie was an amazing husband, father, Pepaw (Wonnie), brother, uncle and friend. He loved to fish, especially on the coast, and went every chance he had.
Ronnie had a heart the size of Texas and loved his family and friends fiercely. He touched so many lives during his life and will be dearly missed.
Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents and previous wife, Beverly Shaw.
Ronnie leaves behind his wife and soulmate of fourteen years, JoAnn Shaw, Billie Shaw the mother of his beautiful daughters, Nicki Wyles (Brad), and Mitzi Shaw (Lisa) who were the light of his world. His bonus daughters Michelle Elkins (Todd) and Amee Pack (Mark). His brothers, Dickie Shaw (Marilyn), Charlie Shaw (Sharon) and Jerhetta Shaw. His grandchildren and the stars in his eyes, Emily, Hannah and Josh (his favorite grandson), Ashley, Savannah, Courtney and Zachary Cline, Andrew Miller. His bonus grandchildren, Taylor (his favorite grandson), Hunter (his favorite grandson) Emily, Amanda and Kaleb Elkins, Caitlyn and Erin Wiegand. His precious great grandchildren, Carson, Lila, Baton, Paxton, Atticus and Kooper. Countless nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Brad Wyles for his amazing and selfless care of JoAnn and Ronnie during this difficult time. There are no words to say what this meant to us.
Due to current circumstances there will not be a service at this time. However, there will be a memorial BBQ at a later date.
