William Glenn Culp, age 81, went to be with his lord and savior on April 15, 2020 at home, surrounded by the love of his wife of 56 years, Eva.

Viewing will be held at Shaffer Funeral Home in Bronte, Texas on Friday, April 14, from 9am-8pm. Private graveside services will be held Saturday April 18, 2020 at the Fairview Cemetery in Bronte. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
Glenn was born November 18, 1938, in Kermit Texas to William and Hattie Culp. He grew up in Maverick, Texas and for many years claimed the title of “Mayor of Maverick”. He was a member of the Norton, Bronte and Hayrick Masonic Lodges, was a Master Mason and served as Worshipful Master. He had a love of farming, ranching, and family.
Glenn was preceded in death by his father William Culp; mother Hattie Marie (Manske) Culp. Sisters, Charlene Marie Culp and Peggy Ann Culp Barrett.
Left to cherish Glenn’s memories are: wife, Eva Ladean Cogsdil Culp; daughter, Carrie Dawn Culp of Lumberton, Texas; daughter, Kelly and her husband Blair McGinnis of Lubbock, Texas and daughter Susan and her husband Derek Clapp of Temple, Texas. Grandchildren include: DJ and Kirsten Acevedo, Victoria and Chance Morton, Ashley McGinnis, Will McGinnis, Kimberleigh and Tyler Smith, and Garrett Clapp. Great Grandchildren include: Tabithia Morton and Maverick Smith. And countless Family Members and Friends.
