LEE RAY REVELL

SAN ANGELO ~ Lee Ray Revell, 70, went home to be with the Lord on February 4, 2018.
Lee was born on May 2, 1947 in Garden Grove, California. He attended Bronte High School. Lee joined the U.S. Marine Corp in 1968 and served until 1971. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran who was wounded in action and received a Purple Heart and Cross of Gallantry with Palm. Lee retired from Civil engineering at Goodfellow Air Force Base.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, a sister, two grandsons and two granddaughters.
Lee is survived by his wife of forty one years, Cindy; his children, daughter, Chris Blair of Reno Nevada, his son James Lee and wife Tanya of Bryon, Texas, son, Kevin Revell of San Angelo, Texas, daughter Amber Riley and husband, Dewey of San Angelo, Texas and son, Jacob Revell of San Angelo, Texas; he was the proud grandfather of twenty three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his brother, Terry Revell of Fort Worth, Texas, Ronny and Bobby Wallace of California and his sister Vicki Deweese of Fort Worth, Texas.
Services will be at 1:00 pm, Thursday, February 8, 2018 at New Hope Bible Church with Scooter McCurdy officiating. Arrangements are by Shaffer Funeral Home/Grape Creek.
